Hurricane Filipo took its pound of flesh earlier this month but we are already replacing and rebuilding. Full steam ahead for Spring Blue Marlin Fishing Season!!! I will be heading down from the states Mid April to join the team and get straight into Blue Marlin season in Mozambique!! This is an exciting time as not much is known about the full potential of the Spring/Summer Blue Marlin fishery off Bazaruto Island. Weather forecasts and water temps look good for this time of year and we are planning to give it at least 20 (shooting for 25-30) days marlin fishing. Stories have been told of spring blue monsters but nobody has yet to pin a Grander Blue Marlin in Moz, we have a feeling this is the year that all changes!!! More updates to come as we pack up to fly south.
